Manager/Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing


  • Working with management to develop and plan the OV’s business and marketing strategies for existing and new services and product lines to support OV’s business and revenue objectives
  • Working with the various departments to identify business opportunities and lead in the implementation and execution sales and marketing plans arising from these strategies within the budget provided
  • Collaborating with the operations team on the fulfilment and monitoring of OV’s targets set for the various revenue streams including bed census, private-subsidized bed mix, value-added services, healthcare products, etc.
  • Work with the management team on evaluation, preparation and submission of bid responses
  • Collaborate with management to continuously review, develop/refresh the suite of product offerings to the market and identify potential niche / growth segments
  • Work with management to evaluate new green/brown field projects and partnerships/alliance, and participate in due diligence/feasibility studies, where necessary
  • Develop and maintain good networks and relationships with physicians, industry players, support groups, key opinion leaders, etc to support and drive the OV’s business strategies
  • Generate and follow-up on sales leads and track post-sales support and customer care
  • Provide guidance to customer care team on service requirements of new and/or existing customers
  • Monitor market developments and trends in healthcare and healthcare product space to ensure regulatory conformance and product relevance
  • Responsible for regular weekly sales reporting and activity updates to management


  • Degree in Business / Healthcare related field
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience with a proven track record
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the care service sector and regulations
  • Strong networking, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
