- Provide day to day support and technical service to end users.
- Administration & monitoring of email, company website, network status, troubleshooting of PC, laptop, IP phone, printer, switch router daily backup etc..
- Installation and configuration of all the PC
- Administration for Virtual Private Network (VPN), Wireless Broad Band, TCP/IP protocol and IP Phone Server
- Liaise with Third Party Email Service Provider, Computer Hardware Vendors and Software Vendors.
- Any ad-hoc assigned by superior
- Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience
- Highly motivated and possess the ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment
