Responsibilities

  • Preparation of ingredients
  • Cooking palatable, varied, and nutritious meals in accordance with the recipes approved by the Head Chef and Dietitian
  • Comply with food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
  • Guide and supervise junior staff in the kitchen

Requirements

  • Relevant kitchen experience
  • Valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
