Responsibilities
- Preparation of ingredients
- Cooking palatable, varied, and nutritious meals in accordance with the recipes approved by the Head Chef and Dietitian
- Comply with food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Guide and supervise junior staff in the kitchen
Requirements
- Relevant kitchen experience
- Valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
