I would like to thank the staff at the Orange Valley Nursing Home (Marsiling Branch) for their dedicated care towards my elderly dad who is a resident there.

I am deeply touched by the dedicated care and commitment towards my dad – engaging him with daily activities like static cycling and walking to strengthen his body, and also simple arithmetic quizzes and songs to boast his cognitive skills & static cycling.

My family members are truly grateful to your dedicated nurses and professional staff who took the effort to help my dad to adjust well during this challenging time.

Thank you very much for your well manage team and I look forward to their success in their professional duties to care for all residents at Orange Valley Nursing Home.

I would like to commend on one of your customer care staff for his attentiveness and helpfulness.

My mother became delirious in the lobby. She was unstable and removed her slippers en route to her ward. One of the counter staff helped to pick the slippers up and brought it to my mother even though it was outside his scope. His empathy and kindness were much appreciated.

I must give compliments to OV-Woodlands for taking care of my dementia mom very well. The administration staff like Diyana and Jeannette are very personable and always greet us warmly whenever I visit my mom every fortnight. The nursing staff also carry out their duties professionally, follow instructions from Polyclinic doctor. My heartfelt thanks to each and every staff of OV-W.

I called many established nursing home and was rejected upfront without even asking about even bother to ask about my mum conditions.

Finally I called Orange Valley Clementi. Serena asked for my mum condition and explained to me the process. And it will subject to their clinical team approval. She was very patience and clear in all her explanation. In the process of providing the necessary documents for their team to access as there is delay from the hospital from my side. She did prompt follow-up and set my expectations right.

Kudos to Serena to help out to follow-up and being so patience all these. Having a love ones sick and looking for support its like light at the end of the tunnel someone who help out.

My mother has been a resident at this home for about 6 years. Over these years, the admin staff, including Serene, Diyana and Jeanette have been more than wonderful. Always supportive and helpful. Especially Serene, who has gone over and beyond in providing me timely information and communication. The nursing staff is also very professional and friendly. Being away in Australia and knowing my mother is cared for by these genuine and caring professional admin and nursing staff is truely a blessing. I cannot thank them enough.

caring for the aged, especially the aged with dementia, is not easy. It requires understanding and empathy both for the resident and the families of the resident. I find that I can work with the staff nurse (Jillian, Janelle and others – don’t intend to miss out others but may not have the names handy) and caregivers, and the admin Mr Ravivarman, on how best to manage the care for my mother. I encourage their collaborative attitude, and their patience. Daughter of a resident who was admitted in 2018.

My heart felt thank you to all the dedicated staff at Clementi OV. They are all very caring, helpful, full of loving kindness, and their service is excellent. They are very efficient in their duty. The nursing home is very clean n well kept. At level 4, all the staff and staff nurses had been very hard working. I can feel that their job is not an easy job to take care of all the old sick residents. Sincerely thank you to them for their hard work contributed to the residents.
