Once visitors arrive, they may proceed to the respective wards for a maximum of one hour.Â
BEFORE YOUR VISITÂ
From 13 February 2023, each resident is allowed four (4) designated visitors, however only two (2) visitors may enter the ward at one time for a maximum of 1 hour.  Â
By default, the resident’s guarantors are the designated visitors, plus 2 more appointed visitors (not limited to family members). Non-designated visitors will not be allowed to enter the premises.  Â
- As of 13 February 2023, ART tests are no longer required. Â
- Visitors are required to bring their own surgical masks and have the mask on at all times when on the premises. Please note that a face shield alone is not acceptable for use during your visit. Visitors can use surgical masks with at least 95% bacterial filtration efficiency. Â
- We will continue to facilitate video conferencing and telephone calls for residents. Â
- Homes can impose stricter limits or testing requirements on visitors of vulnerable/unvaccinated residents and suspend visits if they have an active cluster. Thank you in advance for your understanding.  Â
