COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) Updates

In view of the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) situation in Singapore, it is our duty and responsibility to ensure all our residents and staff are adequately protected.

Visitor Advisory

[16 March 2020] 

 

With effect from 16 March 2020, please note that the following updated measures for all visitors are in place:

 

  • All face-to-face visitations shall be conducted at our meeting rooms/multi-purpose hall only. Access to bedside visitation will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
  • Limited to 1 visitor for each resident at one time. Visiting hours are strictly from 8.30am to 8.30pm daily. Limited to maximum of 2 hours each visit.
  • Visitors with any overseas travel history in the past 14 days will not be allowed to enter our nursing homes. This includes but is not limited to Mainland China, France, Germany, Italy, Iran, South Korea, Spain, ASEAN countries (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam), Japan, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom*.
  • Visitors with presence of any cough, fever (37.5 °C and above), flu, shortness of breath, will not be allowed to enter our nursing homes.
  • Visitors who have been in contact with individual(s) with COVID 19 will not be allowed to enter our nursing homes.

 

All health and travel declarations must be made accurately for the safety of all residents.

[4 March 2020] 

 

With effect from 4 March 2020, visitors who have been to Mainland China, Iran, northern Italy or South Korea in the last 14 days will not be allowed to enter our facilities.

 

Please note that the following updated measures for all visitors are in place:

  • Limited to 1 visitor per resident.
  • Visitors with a travel history to Mainland China, Iran, northern Italy or South Korea, in the last 14 days will not be allowed to enter our nursing homes.
  • Visitors with presence of any cough, fever (37.5°C and above), flu will not be allowed to enter our nursing homes.

 

All health and travel declarations must be made accurately for the safety of all residents.

[25 February 2020] 

 

With effect from 25 February 2020, visitors who have been to Mainland China, or to Daegu City or Cheongdo County in South Korea, in the last 14 days will not be allowed to enter our facilities.

 

Please note that the following updated measures for all visitors are in place:

  • Limited to 1 visitor per resident.
  • Visitors with a travel history to Mainland China, or to Daegu City or Cheongdo County in South Korea, in the last 14 days will not be allowed to enter our nursing homes.
  • Visitors with presence of any cough, fever (37.5°C and above), flu will not be allowed to enter our nursing homes.

[7 February 2020] 

 

With effect from 7 February 2020, the number of visitors will be limited to 1 visitor per resident in addition to the current measurements in place.

 

Please note that the following updated measures for all visitors are in place:

  • Limited to 1 visitor per resident.
  • Visitors with a travel history to mainland China in the last 14 days will not be allowed to enter our nursing homes.
  • Visitors with presence of any cough, fever (37.5°C and above), flu will not be allowed to enter our nursing homes.

[29 January 2020] 

 

With effect from 29 January 2020, all visitors to our nursing home will have to complete a travel declaration form.

 

Please note that the following measures for all visitors are in placed:

  • Visitors with a travel history to mainland China in the last 14 days and/or;
  • Visitors with presence of any cough, fever (37.5°C and above), flu,

will not be allowed to enter our nursing homes.
