Active Ageing Centres
Previously known as “Senior Activity Centre”
Orange Valley is proud to be part of this nation-wide initiative to provide senior residents, especially the vulnerable ones, with a good support network. Conveniently located in close proximity to studio apartment units specially built for elderly residents who are 60 years old, Active Ageing Centres encourage the elderly to remain integrated in society through community outreach programmes and social recreational activities offered by these centres for seniors. Each studio apartment has an alarm system linked to the centre which can be activated during emergencies. This allows the staff of the Active Ageing Centres to speedily visit and attend to the elderly at their home, should the alarm be sounded.
